Drowning Girl

I finally finished a piece that I have been working on for about the past month or past month and a half. The painting is on a 24" x 24" piece of wood and features a girl drowning. I am not sure if I will use this for emc. My original intention was that I would, and it would also overlap with my AP theme of constraint, but looking back at it now that it is finished, I am not sure where it falls and if i should include it in my emc work. The nature aspect is definitely there with the water and the moths, and there definitely are some aspects of identity that can be derived from it, but I am not sure if it would portray exactly what I wanted it to.

I really enjoyed working on wood, however due to the scale, it was more time consuming than I though.
